FAQs
What services do you offer?
I offer individual therapy and couple’s therapy both in-person and via telehealth.
Do you take insurance?
Yes, I accept insurance for individual therapy. The insurances I currently accept are: United, Aetna, and Anthem. I do not accept insurance for couple’s therapy.
What is the cash pay rate for therapy?
I charge $185 for individual sessions. Sliding scale rates begin at $130 per session. Couple’s therapy is $225 per session.
What should I expect in the first session?
The first session is really about getting to know each other. I’ll ask questions about what brings you to therapy, your background, and what you’re hoping to work on in a deeper way than our 15 minute consultation call. It’s also a great opportunity for you to ask me questions and get a feel for my approach. There’s no pressure — it’s simply a conversation.
What issues do you work with?
I work with adults navigating a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, perfectionism, stress, trauma, and self-esteem. If you’re not sure whether what you’re experiencing fits, feel free to reach out — I’m happy to talk it through.
I’ve struggled to find a therapist I connect with. What if we’re not a good fit?
It happens! Finding a therapist is like dating, sometimes it works out on the first try and sometimes it takes a few tries to find the right fit. I have a network of trusted colleagues who do incredible work that I can connect you with.
